§1: The administration of the "Data nude" network reserves the right to monitor, edit, block, or remove any content or user not in compliance with these Terms of Use, without prior notice. If a profile is blocked, the "User" will be notified electronically and will have 48 hours to present a defense. If the defense is rejected or not presented, the block will become permanent and irreversible.

§2: In the event of a violation, the "User" will not be entitled to any reimbursement or restitution for the exclusion of their profile.

11. The "User" may submit any kind of material to "Data nude," including but not limited to messages, texts, images, and videos, provided that the material does not include:

a) Images or references to people who are, or appear to be, under 18 years old;

b) Content involving pedophilia, sadomasochism, bestiality, criminal acts, or any kind of violence;

c) Images of individuals who are, or appear to be, under 18 years old, such as people under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
d) or those who appear mentally or physically incapacitated;

r) Images containing email addresses, website links, or content that may be considered spam;

f) Content attacking the "Data nude" network in any form;

g) Messages or text with offensive or inappropriate language;

h) Text containing contact details like email addresses, social media profiles, or instant messaging information not provided by the "Data nude" network;

i) Content not owned or licensed by the "User," including professionally produced content or content featuring models or actors;

j) Images displaying business names or trademarks that allow identification of business locations;

k) Content restricted by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the "User" resides or accesses the "Data nude" network.

Sole paragraph: Violation of any of the terms above may result in penalties outlined in item 10.

12. The "User" may use information available on the "Data nude" network, including that related to other users, but only for the purposes of establishing a network of adult relationships, which is the intended function of the "Data nude" network.

13. The use of information or materials from other users for purposes not outlined in item 12 is prohibited. "Data nude" is not responsible for improper use of such information by any "User." Each "User" is solely responsible for all content they submit and acknowledges that other users may utilize their published materials.

14. The "User" assumes responsibility for any consequences arising from the disclosure of their content on the "Data nude" network and declares that they are in full compliance with item 11. The material will be available to the general public, and the "User" guarantees that:

a) They own the content they publish;
b) They have authorization to submit the material for viewing by other "Data nude" users and the general public;
c) All individuals depicted in the material are over 18 years old and of full legal capacity.

15. The "User" shall not use the "Data nude" network for illegal purposes or activities not authorized by the laws of their jurisdiction.

16. The "User" shall not use the reporting feature indiscriminately or maliciously against other users, under penalty of account suspension. However, the feature should be used whenever a violation of these Terms of Use is identified.

17. The "User" shall not:

a) Promote any form of commerce, including self-promotion;

b) Send unsolicited emails, comments, or other commercial communications (spam) to other users;

c) Use domain names or URLs in their username without prior authorization from "Data nude" administrators;

d) Interfere with the operation of the "Data nude" network or its servers through harmful software such as viruses, malware, or spyware;

e) Create accounts through unauthorized methods, including scripts, bots, or scrapers;

f) Restrict other users from accessing the network or encourage violations of these Terms of Use;

g) Engage in actions that disrupt the relationship between "Data nude" and its users or create conflict among users (referred to as "Improper Conduct").

Sole paragraph: Violation of any of the terms above may result in penalties as outlined in item 10.

18. It is the "User’s" responsibility to stay informed of changes to these Terms of Use.

19. The "User" agrees that their information will be displayed and available for other users of the "Data nude" network, as well as indexed by search engines.

20. The "User" agrees to abide by all applicable laws regarding the use of the "Data nude" network, including copyright laws.

Sole paragraph: By submitting any material to the "Data nude" network, the "User" guarantees that they are the exclusive author or have full authorization to publish the content. Upon submission, the "User" waives any moral rights related to the content, including the right to be identified as the author.

21. The "User" does not own any rights to the content of the "Data nude" network, except for the material they have submitted. The "User" is not authorized to alter, modify, or adapt the network or create any websites that resemble it.

22. The "User" automatically grants "Data nude" a global, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to any material they submit. "Data nude" is free to use, edit, or modify this content for any purpose and may transfer the license to affiliates or successors without prior approval.

CONCERNING DATANUDE

Disclosure of Personal Information

Access and Termination

Account Termination
If a user's account is terminated, either by their own choice or by the platform’s decision, all profile data will become inaccessible to other users.
